Course Access and Participation

  1. Access to the course will be granted upon enrollment. For paid courses, full payment is required prior to course commencement.
  2. Participants are expected to attend and complete all modules to receive certification.
  3. For online participation, a stable internet connection and a compatible device are required.

 

Payment (Applicable for Paid Courses)

  1. Full payment for paid courses must be made prior to course commencement.

 

Privacy and Data Protection

  1. Personal information collected from all participants will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. We are committed to protecting the data and privacy of our participants.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All course materials provided are the intellectual property of AI First Talent Ltd, irrespective of the course being free or paid.
  2. Participants may use these materials for personal educational purposes only.
  3. All intellectual property produced, developed, or created by a participant during the course, including but not limited to presentations, technology solutions, models, software and custom GPT models, shall be the exclusive property of AI First Talent Ltd.
  4. Participants are prohibited from using any course-related IP for commercial purposes without the express written consent of AI First Talent Ltd.

 

Limitation of Liability

  1. AI First Talent Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with the course, regardless of whether the course was paid or free.
